About us We’re a group of concerned citizens supporting our community healthcare heroes. The founders of COVID Child Care are students at USC, Stanford, UCLA, and UCSD who realized that their hometowns are in need. Now our network spans 40 cities and brings together over 200 volunteers. After state-wide school closures, as well as day care limitations, many medical workers are struggling to find childcare for their kids. That’s where we come in. We match medical workers with volunteers that meet their babysitting and household needs. More information can be found on our website. Join us! Help keep the families of our front-line workers safe so that they can keep ours healthy! We need concerned citizens like you to sign up as volunteer babysitters for the children of medical workers. The people truly making this happen are those who are selflessly giving of their time and energy to help our medical workers fight COVID-19.
