Opportunities with persons served include working in our PRIDE Program, ENABLE Program, Employment Resource Centers (ERC), the Retail Center, Fine and Performing Arts Program, and in our Bettys Village community. How you helpOpportunity Village relies heavily on people in the community who donate their time to helping serve men and women with intellectual disabilities. You can get involved by volunteering to work hand-in-hand with the people we serve or assisting with one of our events.
About usOpportunity Village was founded in 1954 by seven dedicated, committed and loving families who were determined to give their children with disabilities the best lives possible. Here, people with disabilities are able to find new friends, realize future career paths, seek independence and community integration and unleash creative passions – all they want is a chance at a life we all take for granted.
